Beneath the Palais Brongniart, you step into the winding passages of the former Paris Stock Exchange, a listed historic monument.

“Tout Bon Tout Maison” is all about homemade cooking with seasonal produce, paired with beautifully selected, well-matured bottles of wine. Le Chai Brongniart can take on many moods—wine cellar, chef’s table, banquet, or even a dance under the vaulted ceilings of the Palais Brongniart or beneath the fairy lights of our lovely terrace.
